To access our rewards portal, first go to https://www.crittercoin.com/app.html#/signIn.

How to Check your CritterCoins accumulated and redeem rewards:

STEP 1:

Fill in all the required sections and press ‘Sign In’.

The default password is tsacademy!1

STEP 2:

After logging in, you can check your balance and the rewards under ‘My Rewards’.

To redeem the rewards, click on ‘Buy’, then ‘Buy Reward’ to confirm.

STEP 3:

To redeem rewards, click on the reward you would like and screenshot the QR code after selection. Then, send the image to TS Student Success' WhatsApp to get it approved! [+65 8751 7252]

Rewards redemption would be processed on every 15th of the month and students can expect to collect their rewards at the centre within 2 weeks after processing.

We will send you a message on WhatsApp when the rewards are ready for collection; the address and operating hours of our centre are stated below.
