2020 Programme Registration

Please fill in the following form accurately.

NOTE:

(a) Seats are allocated on a first-come-first serve basis. 

(b) Schedules are not final and there might be changes depending on enrollment.

(c) No payment is required at this stage.  You will be notified for payment once the class is confirmed to be open.

(d) December headstart classes runs on a different schedule but content covered will be part of the regular programme.
